Patrick Landerer made it to the pre-finals of the ‘Junge Wilde’ cookery competition in 2019, 2021 and 2023. He has been one of the hundred best chefs in Austria since 2024. His creative ideas, based on recipes handed down for generations and innovative concepts, can be enjoyed on the plates of the R35.
